The Nardo Handling circuit is located inside the famous "Nardo Ring" nestled in the heart of Southern Italys Apulia region.

Previously owned by Fiat it was purchased by Porsche in 2012 and is used by a number of major manufacturers for shakedown tests of their latest performance cars.

There are 2 versions of the track, the full 6.2km circuit and a shorter 2.8km layout.

The 2.8km track is modelled here.

Details about the GPL version.
This is just a personal project to learn some of the black art of GPL track building. The surrounding scenery etc has changed considerably since Porsche aquired the site and I have just taken all the bits I liked the most from various years. Although track length, width and elevation has remained constant so should be accurate in this version.

The facility has no recognised pit lane, just a vehicle preperation area, so I made the pits simply to conform with the GPL race requirements. Likewise the grid doesn't exist at the real track, having never as far as I am aware hosted an official race event.

I will undoubtably miss someone out here as so many different people helped me retain my sanity during this build and for that please accept my apologies, I will add anyone to this readme if that is the case.

So in no particular order.

A huge shoutout to Tobodestroyer for his track building tutorial. If I can follow it anyone can.

Help with the physical track build.
