Small update for Ceara.

    My initial intention was to fix the AI so they all pit out and set a lap time, but I got carried away as usual and changed some textures and objects as well.
    The horizon is the same image but changed to type 7 textures for better colour.

    Copy the files in the supplied ceara folder to your gpl/tracks/ceara folder.
    If you prefer what you had before remove the files you copied EXECPT the track.ini and .lp files which need to remain.
