EDIT2: It appears that this is GPL's first Egyptian track, so I'm working on a flag for the "best laps" display. As with Achim's artwork, it will be based on the old Egyptian flag as it was in 1947. In case we get any modern Egyptian tracks in future, I suggest using the names "egoflg" for "Egyptian (old) flag", and "egyflg" for "Egyptian (modern) flag". SGEM.INI will need to be updated to use the new flags.

EDIT3: Egoflg.pbf created and attached. Drop this into your "gpl/layout" directory. You may need to edit your season file to match my entry shown here to make the correct track name and flag show up in-game. Change the [Eventnn] number to the correct value for your file, of course. Enjoy!
