    Project History:

Third and final version of the Parco del Valentino track from 1955.
New layout.
PTRACER found a video of the race that shows the chicane to be not so tight as we modeled in the previous versions so I did modify the layout and this inspired me to revamp the whole track with new objects and textures. :cap:
The Start and Finish line has been moved forward too since I found more pictures from the real race in 1955.
Now you get the best version I could do; hopefully most close to the 1955 reality.

The track installs in a new directory named torino, and replaces my ver. 2 (folder name turin55); if  you want something better, use this ver. 3 ;)

Ver. 1 (folder name torino55 ) from Sergio has a totally different elevations profile, not following the real elevation changes of the place so it can be consider a semi fantasy track to use whenever you like.

    Greg Liebzeit made a carset that let you use and race against all the real entries of the VII Grand Prix of Torino . To be able to use that extract the Torino_1955-carset_0826.7z file attached at the bottom, to your gpl folder. Thank you Greg! :thumbup:

A typical italian street circuit from the 50's.
3rd version made after the release of 55 MOD.
With this "best and final" v.3, the chicane and the Start/Finish line have been changed according to latest infos.
The whole track had a major revamp with most of the objects rebuilt from scratch and textures made in higher resolution.
Itis now pretty close to its real conditions as they were back in 1955.
Definitely the version to use ;-)
